6th International Exhibition of the Restaurant Industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan will take place on June 3-5, 2026, at the Uzexpocenter, 3rd Pavilion in Tashkent. The country's foreign trade turnover reached $50.01 billion in 2022, an 18.6% increase from the previous year. The Uzbekistan food industry has made a significant contribution to the country's economy. Over six years, employment in the industry has increased by 122%, the number of enterprises has grown by 224%, and exports have increased by 336%. The exhibition will feature the following main sections: restaurant franchise, gastronomy, products for restaurants, restaurant and cafe equipment, restaurant and cafe services, automation, information technologies, software, and comprehensive solutions and services for the food industry, inventory and logistics accounting automation, comprehensive engineering solutions, tea, coffee, and ingredients, and advertising.
