The Australasian Railway Association (ARA) presents AusRAIL, the largest rail event in the Asia-Pacific region, taking place from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25 November 2026 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. The event is targeted at 7,000+ rail professionals from Australia and New Zealand, providing a pivotal platform to share content, education, and innovations with industry peers. The conference is held by industry for industry, offering a comprehensive program covering big issues, achievements, opportunities, and emerging trends facing the rail industry. Keynote speakers and rail leaders from across the globe will present thought-provoking presentations, facilitating meaningful discussions and education on new products and services. The event features technical streams, providing something for everyone across the three-day program, as well as a fun and engaging lineup of social programs to facilitate networking opportunities. The ARA invites abstract submissions from industry professionals, with key dates including submissions opening in mid-February, closing on 31 March, and extended to 10 April. Scholarships are also available, with applications open in June and closing on 17 August, with notifications on 8 September. Registration for the conference is open, with priority access for social function tickets available in June, and standard registration deadlines on 23 October. Free exhibition visitor registration opens on 9 November.
