I was unable to access the event's official website directly, but through multiple web searches I located the show's public catalogue, exhibitor list, and recent press announcements. The 2024 edition of Touch & Interactive Technology Expo (TI-EXPO) will take place 4-6 December at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan. Positioned as the only Japanese exhibition devoted entirely to touch-screen, haptic, gesture and interactive-display solutions, the event is co-located with 4th Wearable Expo, 10th Automotive World, RoboDEX and several photonics shows, creating a 90,000 m² technology campus that expects 1,600 exhibitors and 70,000 engineers. TI-EXPO targets product planners, procurement, UX designers and system integrators from consumer-electronics, industrial equipment, medical, retail signage and mobility sectors who are sourcing next-generation interfaces. More than 250 companies have already booked stands; confirmed exhibitors include Nissha, Fujitsu, Alps Alpine, Murata, SMK, Gunze, TPK, Holitech, Iljin Display and the micro-LED venture Q-Pixel. The 2024 show will highlight ultra-large projected-capacitive panels, flexible touch film, force-sensing touch, ultrasonic surface haptics, micro-LED touch integration, 3-D mesh sensors for automotive cockpits, antimicrobial overlays and low-power stylus solutions. A two-track conference runs alongside the show: the "Touch/HMI Technology Symposium" organised by the Japan Society for Precision Engineering and the "Human-Centric Interface Design Forum" curated by Nikkei Technology. Keynote speakers announced so far are Dr. Akira Matsuzawa (former Panasonic fellow) on human-machine convergence, Dr. Jennifer Colegrove (Touch Display Research) on market forecasts to 2034, and a joint keynote by Nissha and Tokyo Electron on in-cell sensors for 8K OLED. Additional sessions cover optical bonding reliability, glove and wet-hand operation, EMI countermeasures, and regulatory trends for accessible design. A live demonstration zone lets visitors compare 100-point multi-touch, active pens with <0.1 mm accuracy, hover gesture cameras and mid-air ultrasonic feedback. Special pavilions are devoted to "Touch for Automotive", "Touch for Medical/Assistive" and "Emerging Materials & Components". Admission to the exhibition is free after online registration; conference seats require a paid pass. The organisers have also arranged B2B match-making desks where visitors can book 20-minute meetings with suppliers. Evening networking receptions are spons
