CHINanosz 2024 – the 7th China International Nanotechnology Industry Summit & Expo – is the largest annual nanotechnology gathering in Asia-Pacific. Scheduled for 23-25 October 2024 at the Suzhou International Expo Center, the three-day event combines a world-class conference, technology exhibition, investment road-show and matchmaking sessions under one roof. More than 15 corporate forums and 200 keynote and invited talks will cover nano-new materials, micro-nano manufacturing, nano-biomedicine, nano-optoelectronics, flexible sensing, energy nano-technology, nano-safety and standardization. Plenary speakers include Nobel laureate Konstantin Novoselov, Academicians Yadong Li, Hongjie Dai, Paul Weiss, Chad Mirkin and Chunli Bai, together with CTOs of Huawei, Bosch, Hitachi, Merck, BASF and Cambridge Display. Roughly 1,200 booths will showcase graphene, quantum dots, nano-filters, nano-coatings, nano-drug carriers, MEMS sensors and nano-characterization equipment; 20 national pavilions from Germany, Japan, Korea, Iran, the Netherlands and the Belt-and-Road region are expected. The concurrent China-EU Nano-Enterprise Matchmaking and the Nanotech Investment & Financing Roadshow will gather 300 venture-capital institutions and 500 start-ups, while the third “China Nanotech Innovation Award” will honour ten breakthroughs with commercial potential. Organisers expect 2,500 delegates and 25,000 trade visitors. Registration is open to industry executives, academics, investors and government delegations; students and post-docs receive discounted passes. All plenary sessions will be simultaneously interpreted Chinese-English and livestreamed, while the exhibition and networking areas are in-person only.
