Cibus is a leading event for the Italian agro-food sector, taking place in Parma, the heart of the Italian Food Valley, from May 4th to 6th, 2027. The event attracts over 75,000 attendees, 3,000 brands, and 3,000 buyers. Cibus is an all-round experience in food, featuring trends, innovation, regional products, specialty food, and products. The event is part of the international roadshow of Cibus and TUTTOFOOD, known as "The Italian Aperitivo," which combines networking and taste. The roadshow has already visited several cities, including Bologna, Dubai, Cologne, and Berlin.

Cibus offers a rich program of conferences, round tables, seminars, workshops, and talks, making it a benchmark for the entire Italian agri-food sector. The event explores current and strategic topics, such as product innovation, sustainability, energy transition, and export challenges. Cibus Specialty offers a glimpse into Italian food excellence, featuring niche productions from various sectors. Cibus delle idee is an interactive area promoting sustainable consumption and responsible behavior, while Cibus Talent Academy connects specialized training in agri-food with companies in the food chain.
