The 54th Annual Meeting is a comprehensive conference for spine specialists, featuring a Call for Abstracts open from March 4 to April 15, 2026. The event welcomes podium presentations from PGY3 or greater residents, fellows, attending physicians, and masters or PhD-level scientists, as well as 2-minute point podium presentations open to all levels of presenters. Abstracts must be submitted through the online portal, where submitters can track co-author disclosure forms and send reminders. Each abstract requires a list of co-authors, including their first name, last name, degree, email, institution, city, and country, with specific roles assigned to each, such as presenting author, senior author, co-author, or submitter-only. The abstract must include an introduction, materials/methods, results, and conclusion, and adhere to formatting guidelines, such as a maximum 500-word length, use of English language, and high-resolution graphics. The conference covers various topics, including basic science, motion preservation, biologics and bone graft, non-operative care, biomechanics, and more. The selected abstracts will be printed in the 2026 Abstract Book, and authors must ensure that their work has not been previously presented or published. Key dates include the release of the preliminary program in August, early registration pricing from November 5-December 5, 2026, and the 54th Annual Meeting from December 2-5, 2026.
