Cucinare Scopri di più Cucinare, the quality food and wine exhibition, will take place within Ortogiardino, the horticulture, floriculture, and vivaismo exhibition, scheduled to run from March 7 to 15, 2026, at the Fiera di Pordenone. The event will be held in a large pavilion dedicated entirely to Cucinare, located adjacent to the central entrance, ensuring exhibitors in the food and wine sector a high level of visibility to over 60,000 visitors in 9 days. The exhibition will feature various collateral events, show cooking sessions, tastings, and a layout designed to highlight the characteristics of each product. The event will be held in pavilion 5-bis-ter, with space for the sale of high-quality typical products, artisanal wines, and beers. The area will also feature show cooking, tastings, and meetings with chefs. The program includes various events, such as show cooking sessions, tastings, and masterclasses, held by renowned professionals in the culinary and wine sectors. Some of the events include a show cooking session featuring the theme of "Pane, vino e poesia: un viaggio tra Ungaretti e le tradizioni gastronomiche del Friuli Venezia Giulia," where the connection between the poetry of Giuseppe Ungaretti and the gastronomic traditions of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region will be explored. Another event is a guided wine tasting session with Paolo Ianna, an expert in wines, who will guide visitors through a selection of wines from various exhibitors. The exhibition will also feature a show cooking session by Elisa Dorotea, a food blogger from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, who will prepare a vegetarian dish made with seasonal ingredients. Another event is a presentation of the "Emporio Zanon" project, a specialized supplier of high-quality food products for the catering industry, which will demonstrate the preparation of two artisanal products: a large yeast dough and a salted brioche. Additionally, the exhibition will feature a show cooking session with the theme of "CUCINARE CON LA CAMMINATA PER LA VITA," where a recipe will be prepared in honor of the "universo femminile" (feminine universe) with the collaboration of Coldiretti Donne and the participation of Lady Chef FVG. The event will be moderated by Dr. Monia Montechiarini, a jurist, europrojector, and writer, and will feature the participation of Francesca Muner, President of Coldiretti Donne, and other local producers.
