Visitors can explore 12 themed walks to discover exhibitors based on their interests, such as social sciences, business, and media. Interactive stations allow visitors to try out various professions at the exhibitor stands. Speedcoaching sessions are also available to discuss career goals, interests, and future prospects. A free interest check is also provided to help visitors find exhibitors that match their interests.

The event program includes a lively stage program with talks on topics like career orientation, decision-making, and gap year opportunities. Visitors can also participate in the "Golden Ticket" competition, where they can win an invitation to a job interview by convincing an exhibitor of their skills. The event also features a MINT area, where visitors can explore MINT-related careers, test technology, and participate in experiments.

School groups with at least 30 students can visit the event on Saturday, with a 100 Euro discount for their class or school fund. Teachers with groups of at least 50 students can also apply to become partner schools and benefit from various advantages.
