electronica New York is a one-day, in-person trade show and conference that brings together the East-Coast electronics community to accelerate innovation across automotive, med-tech, industrial IoT, 5G, power, and embedded systems. Scheduled for 25 June 2025 at the Javits Convention Center, the event is organised by Messe München in partnership with the U.S. affiliate of the German trade-fair giant and is modelled on the world’s largest electronics gathering, electronica Munich. The format combines a compact exhibition zone with a parallel conference track, enabling engineers, purchasers, R&D managers, and C-level decision-makers to inspect new components, evaluate suppliers, and absorb technical insight within a single day. More than 120 international suppliers have already secured booths, including category leaders in semiconductors, sensors, power electronics, connectors, embedded boards, test & measurement, and EMS. The keynote theatre hosts two plenary sessions: “Designing for Resilience in a Fragmented Supply Chain” and “AI at the Edge—From Hype to Hardware Reality,” delivered by senior architects from Qualcomm, Analog Devices, and NVIDIA. A multi-stream technical programme follows, organised into six half-day blocks: Automotive Electrification & Safety; Power Density & Wide-Band-Gap Devices; Medical Device Miniaturisation; Secure Connectivity for Industrial IoT; 5G & Private Networks; and Embedded AI & Machine-Learning Accelerators. Each block pairs a market overview from a Tier-1 OEM with two deep-dive application papers and a live teardown demonstration. Attendees can also join 30-minute “Meet-the-Expert” round-tables on EMC compliance, cybersecurity certification, and sustainable design, and can book 15-minute speed-dating slots with distributors to secure last-minute allocation of constrained parts. The show floor features a Start-up Zone where 20 pre-seed companies pitch battery-management ICs, MEMS gas sensors, and optical transceivers to venture partners, while a Student & Young Professionals Programme offers résumé clinics and guided tours.
