ENASE 2026 is a prime international forum for discussing and publishing research findings and IT industry experiences related to novel approaches to software engineering. The conference targets researchers, practitioners, and academics involved in large-scale systems and software development, integration, deployment, delivery, maintenance, and evolution. The event will be held in conjunction with ICEIS 2026, GISTAM 2026, ICT4AWE 2026, IoTBDS 2026, and FEMIB 2026, allowing attendees to access the proceedings of these conferences as non-speakers. The conference acknowledges the evolution of systems and software thinking due to contemporary shifts in computing paradigm, including e-services, cloud computing, mobile connectivity, business processes, and societal participation. The mission of ENASE is to advance knowledge and research in software engineering, emphasizing service-oriented, business-process driven, and ubiquitous mobile computing. The conference features four main areas: Theory and Practice of Systems and Applications Development, Challenges and Novel Approaches to Systems and Software Engineering, Systems and Software Quality, and Systems and Software Engineering for Emerging Domains. The program includes keynote lectures, tutorials, and a publication of a short list of revised and extended versions of presented papers with Springer in a CCIS Series book. The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing speakers to present remotely if unable to travel to the venue.
