Registration fees are expressed in euros and include local VAT. Early‑bird rates are available from 15 December 2025 to 15 May 2026, after which late‑registration fees apply. The fee structure distinguishes regular delegates (€645 early, €850 late), students (€400), retirees (over 67 years, €485 early, €550 late), delegates from low‑income countries (€485 early, €550 late), accompanying persons (€250), and exhibitors (€645 early, €850 late). All fees cover participation in the Ice Breaker Reception and, for accompanying persons, the excursion.
