The Genusswerk 2026 is a comprehensive event for the food industry, taking place at the Messe Ulm on April 19-20, 2026. The event is organized by the GILDE, a partner for the food industry, in collaboration with leading food wholesalers and industry initiatives in southern Germany and Vorarlberg. The event is expected to attract around 6,000 visitors and feature 150 top exhibitors from various sectors, including meat and sausage products, cheese and dairy products, fish and fine foods, beverages and spirits, meat and gastronomy technology, and packaging and advertising materials.
The event will showcase six key trends in the food industry, including automatic sales, convenience and efficiency, international and regional premium meat, snacks to go, impulse for party service, and business equipment and machinery for the food industry. Visitors will have the opportunity to engage in exciting conversations, exchange ideas, and establish new connections.
The event will feature a range of exhibitors, including Metzger-Einkauf Böblingen-Ludwigsburg eG, MEGEM AG, Wodana eGen, Wodana Swiss GmbH, Metzgergenossenschaft Ravensburg eG, FLEIGA Ostwürttemberg eG, and FD Fleischerdienst Allgäu/Schwaben eG. These exhibitors will showcase their products and services, providing visitors with a comprehensive overview of the food industry.
The event will take place in Halls 1 and 2 of the Messe Ulm, with parking facilities available nearby. The event is easily accessible by car, bus, or streetcar, with clear signage and a parking system in place to guide visitors to the exhibition halls.
