Franch-Summit Minsk 2025 is a one-day franchising exhibition and conference scheduled for 14 August 2025 at the Renaissance Minsk Hotel. Built around the theme “Franchising as the safest way to start and scale a business,” the event is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, SME owners, investors, regional developers and executives of retail, food-service, beauty, education and service brands that want to enter or expand in the Belarusian market. The organisers—Russian consulting group Franch-Summit and local partner Franchelata—promise more than 50 verified franchise concepts with start-up investments from 3 k to 300 k USD, covering everything from coffee kiosks and vending robots to full-format restaurants, medical clinics, language schools and home-improvement networks. The morning block is an open exhibition floor where visitors can talk directly with brand representatives, compare royalty models, study disclosure documents and sign preliminary agreements; most exhibitors offer exclusive discounts for contracts concluded on site. Parallel master-classes run every 45 minutes on legal due-diligence, bank financing, site selection, design standards, staff franchising and adaptation of foreign brands to Belarusian regulation. The afternoon conference programme is split into three streams. Retail & Food focuses on dark-store logistics, cloud kitchen economics and the boom of pet-product franchises. Services & EdTech analyses subscription models, hybrid learning and the rise of female-oriented wellness chains. Regional Expansion stream discusses incentives from the Great Stone Industrial Park, cross-border franchising within the Eurasian Economic Union and protection of intellectual property. Confirmed keynote speakers include Dmitry Maskov, CEO of the largest Russian coffee-shop chain “Shokoladnitsa,” Irina Kurnosova, Head of Belarus Franchise Association, and representatives of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Entrepreneurship. The closing panel brings together bankers from Priorbank and Belarusbank to present special loan programmes with reduced rates for franchise buyers. All participants receive an electronic catalogue with financial indicators of every presented brand, a checklist for franchise agreement review and a certificate for three hours of legal consultation from the event’s legal partner. The format is strictly in-person; simultaneous translation Russian-English is provided.
