German Fetish Ball is Europe’s largest indoor fetish happening, staged annually in Berlin over the last weekend of September. The four-day celebration is built around a core programme of nine themed parties that run from early evening until late morning in three adjacent venues: the KitKatClub, Sage Club and the neighbouring Hotel nhow, whose top floors are reserved for a block-booked fetish village. Dress code is strictly enforced: only latex, leather, uniforms, lingerie, exotic cosplay or full fantasy body art is admitted; streetwear is refused at the door.
The event opens on Thursday with the traditional Meet & Greet in the hotel atrium, followed by the newcomers’ briefing and the warm-up “Rubber Doll” party. Friday afternoon hosts the fair and exhibition inside Sage Club: two floors of stalls present custom couturiers, international latex labels, BDSM artisans, erotic publishers and piercing studios, giving visitors the chance to buy unique pieces, attend live demos and collect exclusive event merchandising. Parallel workshops cover rope bondage basics, high-shine latex care and safe impact play, led by German and Dutch educators. The evening’s highlight is the “German Fetish Ball Night” main party, famous for its cat-walk show in which designers such as Marquis, Demask, HW-Design and The Baroness present their newest collections worn by well-known fetish models.
Saturday starts with the “Pervy Picnic” in the hotel’s riverside garden, followed by the “Ladies in Black” brunch and the “Rubber Academy” photo walk through Berlin’s industrial landmarks. The late-night “SIXTH” party shifts the focus to electronic body music and dark techno, while the KitKatClub hosts the men-only “Snax Club” that has been running since 1992. Sunday’s farewell event, “Torture Garden Berlin”, merges British performance aesthetics with German club culture, featuring international DJs, live suspension art and body modification showcases.
Throughout the weekend a quiet zone on the hotel’s 6th floor offers after-care, first-aid and psychological support. The entire programme is in-person; no hybrid streaming is provided. The primary audience is adult fetish enthusiasts, fashion professionals, photographers and performers; single tickets, couple passes and weekend bundles are sold in advance.
