The Shanghai International Hospitality Design and Supplies Expo (HDE) is a one-stop procurement platform for hotel and commercial space construction and operation, held annually for over 30 years. The event takes place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from March 31 to April 3, 2026. Organized by China Tourist Hotel Association, China Commerce Association for General Merchandise, China Association of Lighting Industry, China Architectural Culture Centre, and Sinoexpo Informa Markets, HDE brings together various exhibitors in hotel and commercial space construction and operation, including hotel supplies, smart hotels, hotel franchising, building decoration, engineering design, lighting, smart office, sunshade materials, and more. The exhibition is divided into several sectors, such as Hotel Supplies, Smart Hotel, Ceramics & Bathroom, Building Materials, Hotel Brands, Wall Decoration & Overall Customization, Lighting & Smart Control, Smart Office, Public Space, Commercial Design, and Sunshade Materials. The event features a comprehensive program, including forums, salons, mockup room displays, and experiences, as well as an award selection and release ceremony. The concurrent event, "Insight and Practice Journey," provides a platform for experts to share insights and experiences and promote the voice of ideas. The event has a large exhibition area of 210,000 square meters, with over 2000 exhibitors, 134,953 professional visitors, and 8,651 overseas visitors. The event also features 80+ forums and 10+ special exhibitions and competitions.
