The 34th International Exhibition for Hotels, Restaurants and Supermarkets Expo HORECA Minsk is a major industry event taking place on April 7-9, 2026, at the Falcon Club Arena in Minsk, Belarus. The exhibition is expected to attract around 12,000 visitors and feature over 50 exhibitors from Belarus, Russia, Italy, and Iran. The event is a comprehensive platform for the HoReCa industry, showcasing a wide range of products and services, including technological and trading equipment, tableware, inventory, food and beverage products, automation solutions, hotel equipment, cleaning solutions, franchises, and interior design concepts for restaurants and tourist facilities.
The exhibition will feature a business program with over 40 events, including conferences, masterclasses, competitions, and photo zones. The main events include the IV Belarus-Russia Tourism Congress, which is a major event for tourism professionals from Belarus, Russia, and other CIS countries, featuring a prize, international forum Travel Hub "Community", and over 800 participants from 15 Russian regions. The event will take place on April 7-8 and will focus on developing tourism in the Commonwealth space.
The exhibition will be held in three halls, with the following sections: Restaurant. Cafe. Bar, Gastronomy. Ingredients. Local products, Tea. Coffee. Baking. Desserts, Table setting and tableware. Inventory, Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Syrups. Toppings, Cleaning, Franchises, Hotels, Automation, and News.
The business program will include a range of events, including a training-constructor "Words-magnets vs Words-killers" by Ekaterina Kolybanskaya, a practical workshop "Battle of dishes: Aesthetics vs Operation" by Ekaterina Kolybanskaya, and a conference "Hotel and Restaurant as Art: How to Create a Design that Returns" with Belarusian and Russian experts.
The exhibition is open from 10:00 to 19:00 on April 7 and 8, and from 10:00 to 15:00 on April 9. The event is open to all interested parties, and visitors can register online to receive a free ticket, which grants access to the exhibition and its business program.
