The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) invites attendees from six continents to its 2026 Annual Meeting, to be held from July 26-29 at the Ernest Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. This conference is the largest food safety event in the city, bringing together thousands of professionals to share insights and foster connections. The meeting features a call for Abstract Proposals, allowing participants to submit their work for presentation and discussion. The conference will take place in the vibrant city of New Orleans, known as "The Big Easy." Future Annual Meetings are scheduled for 2027 in Kansas City, Missouri, 2028 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and 2029 in Denver, Colorado.
