The 23rd International Exhibition on Foundry Technology, Equipment, Supplies and Services, IFEX 2027, is a concurrent event with the 75th Indian Foundry Congress. This platform is geared towards Indian and overseas companies to showcase their cutting-edge technologies and services to the foundry industry, facilitating exposure to new business opportunities. The Indian foundry industry is a significant player globally, ranking as the second-largest producer of castings, with an estimated 12 million metric tons of various grades of castings produced annually according to international standards. The industry comprises approximately 4,500 units, with 85% being small-scale units, 10% medium-scale, and 5% large-scale. The industry's turnover is around USD 20 billion, with exports totaling USD 3.54 billion. The Indian casting industry is projected to reach USD 25 billion by 2025. The event IFEX 2025 and Cast India Expo 2025 were previously held, attracting satisfied exhibitors, buyers, and trade visitors from across India and neighboring countries, resulting in successful business meetings.
