International Foodservice & JAG Product Show is the Midwest’s largest one-day gathering devoted exclusively to the business of food-away-from-home. Organised by the Indiana Foodservice Forum and the Indiana Association for the Advancement of Foodservice, the annual trade-only event fills the Indiana State Fairgrounds on the last Tuesday of February, drawing more than 3,000 operators, distributors, manufacturers and consultants from Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois. The 2025 edition will be held 25 February, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., entirely in-person with no virtual component.

The show floor is arranged in four pavilions—Equipment & Supplies, Beverage & Bar, Specialty & Local, and Technology & Sustainability—housing 420 booths where suppliers debut everything from plant-forward proteins and small-batch sauces to energy-saving combi-ovens and AI-driven ordering platforms. A sold-out Education Corridor runs concurrent 30-minute sessions mapped to the National Restaurant Association’s workforce, technology and sustainability benchmarks. Confirmed 2025 keynotes are James Beard winner Chef Abra Behrens on “Zero-Waste Fine-Dining that Scales,” McDonald’s former supply-chain VP Bob McNulty on “Building Resilient Regional Distribution,” and Technomic’s David Henkes forecasting “The 2025 Midwest Operator Pulse.” Additional seminars cover labour retention through immigration compliance, menu engineering with USDA loan incentives, and retrofitting kitchens for ventless frying.

Attendees can earn up to four continuing-education hours recognized by the American Culinary Federation, the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe and the Indiana Health Department. New for 2025 is a morning “Student Power-Up” session pairing culinary-arts students with veteran chefs for speed-menu competitions judged by Indiana restaurateur Martha Hoover, with scholarship prizes awarded live on the show floor. The day closes with a reception featuring the “Taste of Indiana” pavilion where 40 local breweries, distilleries and artisan food producers pour samples exclusively for badge-holders. Registration is free for operators who pre-register by 31 January; distributor and manufacturer badges are tiered by booth size.
