The Intertool 2026 is a B2B trade fair in the producing industry, taking place from April 21st to 24th at the Messe Wels in Austria. It is the country's largest and most innovative trade fair in the B2B sector, coinciding with the Schweissen event. The fair offers a targeted presentation and information platform for over 10,000 industry professionals. Exhibitors can showcase their innovations in the metalworking industry, while a diverse lecture program with renowned speakers complements the event. The Skill Quest is a new, practice-oriented format for young people, offering a realistic insight into industrial career fields and supporting companies in identifying and inspiring potential talent early on. The fair features four exhibition areas: automation technology, additive manufacturing, research and development, and components, parts, and accessories. A content stage serves as a hub for knowledge transfer, presenting concrete examples and solutions from industrial practice, as well as developments around networking, digitalization, and automation of production processes. The Schweissen event, taking place parallel to the Intertool, expands the fair's content by including joining, cutting, and surface treatment technologies. The event is open to visitors of 14 years and above, accompanied by an adult, with smoking only allowed in designated smoking areas. The fair offers parking spaces directly at the exhibition grounds, and visitors can access the site from Wels main station and the Kaiser-Josef-Platz.
