ISAF – International Security, Safety & Fire Exhibition – is Turkey’s largest and most established showcase for products, systems and services that protect people, property and critical infrastructure. Held every September at the TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul, the 2024 edition will occupy six halls and the adjoining conference stage from 19-22 September, bringing together 650+ exhibitors from 35 countries and an expected 35,000 trade visitors from public and private security, fire, occupational safety and emergency-response organisations. The exhibition is complemented by a three-day conference programme whose 2024 theme is “Resilience Through Integration: AI, IoT and Human-Centric Security”. Plenary sessions will explore how artificial intelligence, edge analytics and converged sensor networks are reshaping perimeter protection, command-and-control rooms and disaster response. Confirmed keynote speakers include Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, General Directorate of Security president Mehmet Aktaş, Under-secretariat for Defence Industries president Dr. Haluk Görgün, and NATO C3 Agency cyber-defence adviser Dr. Raquel González. Parallel streams will drill into critical-infrastructure protection, safe-city financing models, industrial fire-safety engineering, unmanned systems regulation and the cybersecurity of operational-technology networks. Technical workshops certified by the Turkish Standards Institute and the Occupational Safety Specialists Association offer hands-on training on drone detection, thermal imaging, gas suppression systems and EN54 voice-alarm design. A live demonstration area outside the halls will stage daily counter-drone, search-and-rescue and fire-suppression drills. ISAF is endorsed by the Turkish Ministries of Interior and Labour, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, the Turkish National Police, the Turkish Armed Forces and the Istanbul Fire Brigade; it is organised by TÜYAP in partnership with sector associations SESDER, ISDER and TÜMOSAN. Visitor badges are free-of-charge for trade professionals who pre-register; the conference pass is a separate paid ticket that includes simultaneous translation, lanyuage-specific networking lunches and access to the exhibition’s innovation-awards ceremony.
