The KIT Career Service is a platform that supports students and graduates in their career development. The service provides various resources and tools to help individuals navigate the job market, including job search tips, career planning, and personal development opportunities. For companies, the platform offers a platform to connect with talented students and alumni. Alumni can also utilize the platform to network and exchange information with each other. The Career Service provides a range of services, including personalized counseling sessions, job search storage, and profile creation to increase visibility among potential employers. A new matching function is currently under development, which will display suitable job openings, companies, and events based on individual profiles. The platform also features a job board where companies can post job openings, and a newsletter that informs subscribers about current recruitment and employer branding opportunities. The KIT Career Service also hosts a career fair, known as the KIT Karrieremesse, which brings together students, companies, and alumni. The fair provides a platform for students to learn about good leadership and career development, as well as opportunities for financial support. The event also offers a chance to meet with female alumni and learn about their career paths. The KIT Career Service is free to register, and companies can create a company profile, advertise job openings, and participate in campus advertising and online advertising.
