Snack Show is a 2-day conference and exhibition that takes place on April 1-2, 2026, at the Paris Porte de Versailles, in the Pavillon 7.2. The event is dedicated to professionals in the quick service and nomadic food sectors, aiming to help them develop and premiumize their activities. The salon showcases the latest innovations, trends, and new snacking concepts in the fields of food, equipment, technology, and packaging. Attendees can exchange with experts in the sector to develop their business network. The event is organized by RX, a group that promotes a culture of inclusion, where everyone is welcome and celebrated for their uniqueness. The salon features over 400 exhibitors and 14,650 professionals. The exhibition is divided into three universes: Snacking, which includes food and packaging; Parizza+Gusto, focusing on Italian snacking; and Smart Lab, highlighting food technology and equipment. A new addition to the event is the "Coffee Place," a dedicated space for coffee, featuring masterclasses, demonstrations, and the French Barista Championship organized by the Specialty Coffee Association. The event also includes over 10 contests and prize-giving ceremonies, as well as a newsletter and a partnership with various media and institutional partners.
