The 20th edition of the SMAPIMMO Paris, the leading Moroccan real estate exhibition in Europe, took place from May 23 to 25, 2025, at the Paris-Porte de Versailles exhibition center on a surface area of 10,000 square meters. The event attracted over 44,000 visitors, including a large number of French and European Moroccans. The exhibition offered an exceptional real estate offer representing more than 70 Moroccan cities through hundreds of projects presented by over 60 influential Moroccan real estate groups, both public and private. The Guelmim-Oued Noun region was honored during this anniversary edition, showcasing its economic advantages, structural projects, and investment opportunities. The official inauguration ceremony was attended by Madame Mbarka Bouaida, President of the Regional Council of Guelmim-Oued Noun, Madame Farida Adlani, Vice-President of the Île-de-France Region, Mr. Kamil Taoufik, President of the FNPI, and several Moroccan personalities. The event provided a professional and welcoming framework for three days, featuring a rich program of conferences and round tables on legal, fiscal, real estate, and administrative aspects related to buying real estate in Morocco. Promoters, notaries, lawyers, architects, and bankers shared their expertise to accompany future buyers. The "Daam Sakane" device and the new regulatory perspectives of the sector were of particular interest. A special conference, "Meeting the Moroccan Football," was organized in partnership with the association Marocains Pluriels, focusing on the upcoming CAN 2025 and the 2030 World Cup. The conference was moderated by Ahmed Ghayet and featured Mouad Hajji, Jaouad Zaïri, and Ilyan Berradi. The event highlighted the federating role of sports and the increasing involvement of the Moroccan diaspora in national projects. The exhibitors praised the strong attendance, quality of exchanges, and significant transaction volume, particularly in the high-end, seaside, and land segments. The 20th edition of the SMAPIMMO Paris was a resounding success, marking a decisive step in the event's history and opening new perspectives for the development of Moroccan real estate internationally. The event will take place again on June 12-14, 2026, at the Paris-Porte de Versailles exhibition center, from 11am to 7pm on Friday and 10:30am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free. The event is held in Hall 5 of the exhibition center, accessible by the Porte de Versailles metro station.
